Doing what we have always done is no longer getting our students where they need to be. Creating a new environment called the Flipped Classroom today can help get our students better prepared to meet the challenges they will face tomorrow. Participants will be exposed to bookkeeping aspects for grades and attendance, how to make and post podcasts, using a delivery forum such as Blackboard/Moodle, etc., the preparation needed on several fronts, and how to infuse technology to benefit all. Participants need a laptop and an electronic copy of a lesson plan with worksheets, notes, and objectives. Bring a sack lunch for the first day.
